Joseph Charles Learmonth Duffy was established over a century ago by Joseph Charles. He began as a pioneer in subdivisional land development using innovative financial methods and understanding to meet the growing demands of a rapidly increasing population.

His son assumed the business in 1912 and introduced the annual "Joseph Charles Catalogue" - the first authority on property investment in Western Australia. [This tradition continues today through our Newsletter]. Gerald Joseph Charles was a great researcher and travelled the State to obtain accurate information first-hand.

During the 1970's Joseph Charles Learmonth Duffy branched successfully into business broking, to compliment their commerical, industrial, residential property sales and extensive property management and has since established a reputation for excellence in both presentation and performance in this field. It now enjoys a very high regard amongst the professional community as a business, commercial brokerage and this may be directly attributed to the corporate philosophy of appointing asociates who are experienced in their fields of specialisation.
