Joseph Charles Learmonth Duffy was "established over a century ago" by Joseph Charles. He began as a pioneer in subdivisional land development using innovative financial methods and understanding to meet the growing demands of a rapidly increasing population.
His son assumed the business in 1912 and introduced the annual "Joseph Charles Catalogue" - the first authority on property investment in Western Australia. [This tradition continues today through our Newsletter]. Gerald Joseph Charles was a great researcher and travelled the State to obtain accurate information first-hand.
